We want to spend as much time with you and your pet as needed. In order to accomplish this, we appreciate you making appointments for your pet. We do not want you and your pet to have to wait in the event the doctor is in surgery or seeing other appointments. Of course, we give priority to an emergency, even if you were not able to phone ahead.
